Alley Cat Allies’ cat clinic tags will help you keep track of the community cats you bring to a veterinary clinic as part of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). Each tag is conveniently printed in both English and Spanish.

Attach a cat clinic tag to the humane trap of each cat before arriving at the clinic. The tag includes information like: the date, caregiver contact information, the cat’s name and description, colony location, procedures to be performed (spay/neuter, eartip, microchip), vaccinations (rabies, FVRCP, Pen G), treatments (deworming, flea treatment, NOT testing for FeLV/FIV), and a description of any injury or illness.

Follow this protocol to ensure that both you and the veterinary clinic fully understand the expectations for the visit and the needs of each cat.
