MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TXAlley Cat Allies has partnered with Texas Litter Control to host a workshop on Trap Neuter Return (TNR) and how to get involved with community cat advocacy in Spring, Texas on August 28, 2015, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The workshop is an opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn about TNRthe most humane and effective way to approach Montgomery County’s community cat population. The event is free and refreshments will be provided.  This workshop is in collaboration with the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas, the Bruce Kapp Animal Fund, and the Montgomery County Spay Neuter Project.
