Worcester County, Maryland’s inhumane practices are killing cats all over the community. We need your help to stop it. Make your voice heard and tell Worcester County to end the cruelty and adopt humane policies that protect cats.

Right now, Worcester County Animal Control is using tranquilizer guns to shoot darts at two community cats in an attempt to trap and kill them. This practice is incredibly cruel. On July 13, animal control killed a community cat named Oliver, even though he had a caregiver and humane options were available.

Worcester County Animal Control has a horrible record. In 2015, they killed more than 86 percent of all impounded cats. Oliver sadly became another statistic. Don’t let animal control trap and kill any more cats. Please speak out and help us stop these inhumane practices.
