How will Alley Cat Allies use my donations?

At Alley Cat Allies, 87 percent of your donation goes toward our education and outreach programs.

Your Cat-alyst Society donations will ensure that Alley Cat Allies has the resources we need to continue working to protect and improve cats’ lives. Your contributions will help us advocate for lifesaving Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) policies and programs; create and distribute educational materials to community members, lawmakers, and animal shelters; and respond quickly when cats and communities need immediate help.

How do I sign up for the Cat-alyst Society monthly giving program?

You can sign up online using your email address, or by calling us at 866-309-6207. You can also sign up by mailing a completed Cat-alyst Society sign-up form to:

Can I choose the date my gift comes out of my account?

If you set up your donation online, you can select any day of the month for your donation to be deducted from your bank account or PayPal account, or charged to your credit card. If you wish to set up your donation by mail or by phone, your donation will be deducted on the first of each month.

How can I make changes to the donation amount or my credit card information?

If you signed up to donate online, you can easily make changes by logging into the My Profile page. If you signed up by mail or by phone, you can make changes by contacting us at 866-309-6207 or [email protected].

How can I cancel my gift?

If you would like to cancel your monthly gift for any reason, you can do so by logging into the My Profile page and clicking on “Service Center” at the top of the page, or by calling us at 866-309-6207.

Will I receive receipts for tax purposes?

All monthly donors receive an annual receipt in the mail, usually in February. However, if you ever need a receipt, we will be happy to send you one. Please contact us at [email protected].
