It’s that time of year again: We’re searching for cat photos to grace the pages of the Alley Cat Allies® 2021-2022 Calendar! Whether your cat is your loving indoor companion or an independent, gorgeous community cat, send us their best photos for a chance to share them with the world.
Our calendar is more than just a collection of pretty pictures. It also includes cat stories—a celebration of the unique and beautiful individuals all cats and kittens are. It is a heartwarming reminder of why Alley Cat Allies and our supporters like you do what we do year-round, building a better world where every cat is valued and protected.
To give you an idea of what to expect, here are the cats featured in our 2020-2021 calendar.
And since we never miss a chance to educate communities about cats, our calendar is also packed with expert information and resources! From caring for young kittens to spay and neuter facts to preparing for an emergency, you’ll find tips and guidance with every flip of a page!
Ready for the chance to make your cat a star? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- The best photo that captures a cat’s or kitten’s personality, whether cute, curious, or comical.
- Photos that feature scenery of different seasons, inside or outside. For example, cats gazing out of a window on a snowy day, playing in spring flowers, or lounging in autumn leaves.
- High-resolution photos—meaning 300 dpi or higher and 5″ x 7″ or larger.
- Only two photos per person—we want to see your best work!
Only photos submitted by April 9 through our online form will be considered, so please do not email or mail photos.
Our supporters from around the world send us thousands of cat and kitten pictures for consideration in our popular calendar, so there’s some stiff competition. We can’t wait to see what you submit and to learn about the cats you love!
