An extended hold period that helps more animals get adopted or returned to their owners. Tools that help lost animals be found. Required record keeping. Equal care for bunnies, guinea pigs, other small mammals, and amphibians.
On Tuesday, the Budget Subcommittee in the State Assembly will consider changes to the law. We can’t let California go back to the dark ages.
