A note of clarification: A photo on Facebook, even with accompanying text that appears to be a confession, is not enough to prosecute and convict a person of a crime. We are offering this reward in the hopes that an eyewitness or someone with firsthand information about the case will step forward and assist the police in their investigation. Sadly, a tiny fraction of animal cruelty cases are brought to court and even fewer result in convictions. Let’s make this case different.
