Adoptable Cats

Alley Cat Allies’ adoptable cats are socialized cats and kittens. We do not have a shelter—our adoptable cats and kittens live in our network of foster homes until they find their forever homes! All of the cats have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and are up-to-date on all vaccinations.

You can apply to adopt a cat using our online form, or you can download an application to adopt and send it to Alley Cat Allies at:

Featured Cats: Twitter

AdoptMe_Twitter.jpgTwitter is an affectionate 1-year-old torbie (tortoiseshell-tabby) female with a lot to say. It’s fitting that such a social cat came to us through Twitter, the social networking site. When writer and former child actress Mara Wilson met Twitter at the Atlantic City Boardwalk, she noticed the kitty was very friendly and not eartipped, so she shared a picture of her on Twitter and asked Alley Cat Allies to keep an eye out for the socialized cat. We scooped up Twitter, and got her spayed and ready to find a home. Twitter loves to cuddle and nap with people, and true to her name, she’s very chatty and wants to have the last meow.

Find out how you can make Twitter a part of your family, and see other adoptable cats.
Visit Mara Wilson on twitter and thank her for helping Twitter the cat find a home.

This handsome one-year-old orange tabby was whisked up in a TNR program, but is so friendly that he was not returned to the colony—hence the “eartip.” He’s a champion cuddler who enjoys playing fetch and perching on shoulders.
