CarolinasUnite Conference

Details

Alley Cat Allies is proud to be a sponsor and exhibitor at the CarolinasUnite conference. From Nov. 5-8, animal protection professionals from North and South Carolina can connect with and learn from each other to make a great impact in their region.

Alley Cat Allies will be in the exhibit hall to talk about saving cats and share our resources about lifesaving programs like Wait Until 8 and Plan to Scan. Plus, our associate director of Animal Shelter and Animal Control Engagement, Alice Burton, will present Just Because I’m Roaming Doesn’t Mean I’m Lost on Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Attendees will learn why it’s important to keep community cats in the communitywhere they belongand how to share this information with the public. Burton will also cover strategies for reuniting owned cats with their families. This will help shelters improve their save rates and ensure cats live happy and healthy lives in their outdoor homes.
