Alley Cat Allies works tirelessly year-round to build a world where all cats’ lives are valued and protected. But we can only make the difference we do because of you!

Today is Giving Tuesday, an annual event dedicated to supporting the causes that mean the most to us. Right now, people worldwide are coming together to turn their compassion into action. And thanks to the generosity of a group of donors, every gift to Alley Cat Allies today will be TRIPLE-MATCHED up to our $500,000 goal in honor of Giving Tuesday!

Join us in our mission on behalf of cats by making a 3x-matched Giving Tuesday gift.

Until midnight tonight, your gift can have an impact three times stronger to help us protect even more cats and kittens. We hope you’ll stand with us as we get ready to hit the ground running and save more lives over the holidays and in 2026. Our work for cats never takes a vacation, and we need you with us more than ever.

Your Giving Tuesday gift will save more cats like:

  • Bean, who one of our team members discovered lying motionless on the side of the road in a chance encounter. Abandoned at less than a year old, he was covered in fleas, emaciated, and FIV positive, but with so much life to live. He just needed help—and your support ensured Alley Cat Allies could provide it. Today, he’s put on weight and is thriving with a bright future ahead, all thanks to you.
  • Reno, who was barely clinging to life when he came into our care. He was suffering from a badly infected wound, and without emergency surgery and round-the-clock care, he had no chance of survival. But we weren’t about to give up on Reno—and neither was he. He endured every step of his treatment and toughed out his recovery from surgery. Today, Reno is a happy, playful kitten, and the extent of his recovery seems almost a miracle. What was truly miraculous was the dedicated work of our veterinary allies…and the generosity of supporters like you that made it all possible!
  • Shay, who was found with her kitten siblings on the roof of a New Jersey police station. Alley Cat Allies’ Cat Help Desk was called to save them, and we acted fast with first responders to carry them down to safety. After days of treatment and recovery at one of our veterinary allies, Shay and her siblings were cleared for adoption. Shay was the first to find a new home—with Mike, the very same firefighter who rescued her!

Whether they’re community cats who live outdoors among us or our cat companions who share our homes, Alley Cat Allies works to ensure all cats are treated with respect, and that every community has evidence-based, effective programs and resources to protect them. So this Giving Tuesday, help us reach three times as many cats and kittens in the new year with a 3X-matched gift right away!

Thank you for all you do for the cats, and for being our (and their) steadfast ally.
