Community Cat Policies: TNR assistance

Other Info: To qualify for their spay/neuter clinics, animals must be at least 3 months old, be no more than 6 years old, fall within their weight restrictions to reduce complications during surgery, not be pregnant. Spay The Mom program, they will spay mom, return her to the owner, while the offspring are signed over to UVHS to be put up for adoption when ready.
