Other Info: To schedule your appointment, please fill out the application under ‘Request an Appointment’ on their website. Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis. Please be patient during the appointment request process as they get many requests each day and can only perform a certain amount of surgeries each week. There may be a waiting period of up to 6+ weeks for an appointment. If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be placed at the end of the waiting list.
