Services Offered: Spay Neuter Incentive Program of West Virginia, located in Morgantown, is the area’s first low cost, high volume spay and neuter clinic. The mission of SNIP WV is to reduce the large number of feral and homeless cats and shelter animals through low cost and no cost spay and neuter surgeries that are accessible to the public, local rescues, voucher programs, and county shelters. It is also our mission to reduce the euthanasia rates in north central West Virginia county shelters.
