Other Info: Shoal Bay Animal Haven received a grant from the Arkansas Animal Rescue Foundation to assist low-income families in Yell and Logan Counties, Arkansas with spaying and neutering. Voucher do not cover the entire procedure, but pay $50 for dog spay, $40 for dog neuter, $40 for cat spay and $20 for cat neuter. An application must be completed and proof of income provided to be eligible for a voucher. Limit 4 per household. Vouchers are issued each quarter, so they expire at the end of the quarter for which they are issued (i.e. March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31).
