Pet Food Banks: The Pet Pantry is a FREE resource for families in financial need. Due to limited supplies, Pet Pantry use is limited to 6 times per year per family (about once every other month). This program is intended to supplement, not sustain, feeding or care. They request that you do not obtain new pets while utilizing the Pet Pantry.

Community Cat Policies: For feral/community cats, we can provide a voucher for $35 off of a spay surgery or $25 off of a neuter surgery performed at Animal Birth Control. You will be responsible for covering any remaining balance. There is no limit to the number of vouchers we can issue for community cats.

Other Info: For owned dogs and cats, a limited number of vouchers for $30 off a spay/neuter surgery are available for low-income pet owners. Surgery may be performed at Animal Birth Control, Palisade Pet Care, Clifton Animal Hospital, or Footprints Animal Hospital in Mesa County or at Grand Mesa Veterinary Hospital in Delta. If you would prefer to use your regular veterinarian for the procedure, please contact your veterinarian directly to see if they accept their vouchers.
