Pet Food Banks Information: The Outreach Program has pet food and supplies available for pick-up at their shelter locations. Must visit online to “Submit a Request”. For low-income pet owners and/or those experiencing financial hardship.

Other Info: All spay/neuter surgeries by appointment only and are at Palo Alto Shelter. Residents of Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills can register online for an appointment. All other Bay Area Community Low-Income pet owners who reside in San Mateo County and Santa Clara County may register online. Pet owners must be within income limits and provide proof of income.
