Other Info: FREE CAT SPAY/NEUTER for Medi-Cal recipients (limit 2 per household per lifetime) Contact Social Services at 209-223-6550 to obtain proof of Medi-Cal coverage. Participants must be Amador County Residents and must present their passport for services to the clinic at the tim of surgery. Call a participaing Veterinarian and inform them that you wish to participate in this program. Must show proof of eligibility and to pay for any additional services they require. Cusomers who surrender a litter of kittens at the animal shelter will be given a FREE spay cetificate for the mother cat. Must be Amador County Residents and must present their certificate at the time of surgery. Certificates may be obtained at Amador County Animal Control or the Feed Barn. FREE spay/neuter of Feral Cats for Amador County Community members.
