Services Offered: Shelter Intervention Program: If you are a resident of the City of Montgomery or Montgomery County and your household income is less than or equal to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), you may qualify for no-cost-to-you spay/neuter services for your pets through the Montgomery Humane Society’s Shelter Intervention Program.
