Other Info: By appointment only. Spay/Neuter Assistance Program vouchers are for clients who can provide proof of participation in a Government Financial Assistance Program. Limit of 3 vouchers per household. Cat must be healthy and up to date on vaccinations. Those residents outside of Monroe County can apply for a spay/neuter assistance voucher through Pet Friendly Services of Indiana.
