Services Offered: Iowa Humane Alliance’s Regional Spay and Neuter Clinic opened in 2013 as the first Spay and Neuter Clinic to provide high-volume, high-quality, low-cost spay and neuter services to Eastern Iowa. Mentored in Ashville, NC under the Humane Alliance/ASPCA banner, our primary focus is to provide affordable high-quality spay and neuter surgeries to address the pet over-population crisis. Our services are offered to pet parents, rescue and shelter organizations, and individuals caring for community cats.
