Other Info: Coupons are sold on the first day of each month in which our office is open (Wed-Sat). The cost is $45 CASH ONLY; no checks or credit cards. This amount is paid directly to us. We will issue a voucher that is good for 30 days, along with a list of participating veterinarians (list subject to change). You are responsible for scheduling the appointment and informing them you have a voucher. This covers the cost of spay or neuter only.
