Other Info: Helena Area Friends of Pets (HAFOP) is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) that has been serving Helena since 2004. We assist low-income individuals in our community who cannot afford to take their pets to be serviced and may pay upwards of $200 to $300 to have their pets spayed or neutered. We do ask for a donation towards the surgery so we can help as many pet owners as possible, but no pet owner is EVER expected to give money if they cannot afford a copay. We will perform a spay or neuter for free in order to help reduce pet overpopulation.
