Services Offered: Neuter Now Program
Participating veterinarians island wide are offering Neuter Now Certificates in partnership with the City and County of Honolulu. Neuter Now Certificates provide discounted spay/neuter services to qualifying EBT/Kokua cardholders, Medicaid cardholders and low-income households receiving housing assistance. Qualifying households may purchase up to 10 certificates per year for a reduced rate of $20 each. Each Neuter Now Certificate is valid for one dog or cat.

Community Cat Policies: Feline Fix Program
The City & County of Honolulu subsidizes no-cost spay/neuter surgeries for Free-Roaming/Community cats at participating spay/neuter clinics on O?ahu. Sterilizing these cats and returning them to the colonies where they make their home is a humane and effective way to reduce this population over time.

With the Feline Fix program, all sterilization and microchipping fees are waived for Free-Roaming cats. There is no need to purchase a certificate, just let your spay/neuter provider of choice know that you are using the Feline Fix program.
