Other Info: The last Thursday of every month, we will be spaying and neutering up to 50 feral cats in a single day! This brings the number of TNR surgeries at Haven to 130 feral cats sterilized a month! No limit to the number of cats you can bring in. Free for Redding area with unlimited vouchers available! Other vouchers also available for Shasta County.
