Community Cat Policies: Hamlett will only spay / neuter a cat under this program that cannot be picked up or touched. If the cat is a tame stray then the caregiver who brought it in must pay for the sterilization, no exceptions. Definition of a feral – Ferals are born outside, are living in a wild state, and are untouchable by human hands. All spay/neuter surgeries require an appointment
