Community Cat Policies: Must be current on rabies vaccination, must be spayed/neutered, must be eartipped, must be microchipped, must have city license.

Other Info: The CASS community cat program can be made up of owned cats who like to live or spend time outdoors or stray/feral cats that are not owned.
