Pet Food Banks: HSCO continues to offer Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) vouchers to those that can show proof of need, typically in the form of government assistance. SNAP vouchers are accepted at participating local veterinary clinics, and appointments must be made directly with the clinic prior to getting SNAP voucher at HSCO. Purchase a voucher at HSCO within two weeks of S/N appointment.
