Services Offered: Once a month, The RASCAL Unit, a mobile low cost spay/neuter/vaccination clinic comes to Ashland, thanks to the Humane Society. Appointments are required and we usually book a month or so in advance. These clinics are low cost to everyone. No proof of income is required. Vaccinations and a few other services are also provided at these events.
