Other Info: Operation SaVE (Sterilization and Vaccination Effort) is our low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Little Rock. Wellness services are available for animals only at the time of surgery. There are no income or residency restrictions to participate in the program, but all surgeries are by appointment only.
