Community Cat Policies: Provide assistance and education, trap loans, and in some cases vouchers for feral cat sterilization. In addition, they can help caregivers of the cats with food and outdoor cat shelters.

Other Info: Connecticut Low-Income residents may be eligible for state assistance to spay/neuter and vaccinate their pets.
