As Trap-Neuter-Return gains momentum nationwide, so do career opportunities. Thousands of communities across the country are carrying out Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programsand in recent years animal shelters have started creating new positions dedicated to their TNR programs. In the last decade, cities and counties that officially endorse TNR has increased tenfold to more than 430.

With these developments at a local level, demands on Alley Cat Allies have increased as well. The movement to protect cats has grown tremendouslyand with it, our need for compassionate, committed staff.
