This morning, Alley Cat Allies President and Founder Becky Robinson was featured in three live television segments in Washington, D.C., to bring awareness to the best and most effective ways to protect and improve all cats’ lives.

Becky invited local FOX 5 reporter Kevin McCarthy into our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, where they discussed the history of Alley Cat Allies, the importance of spay and neuter and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs, the unique needs of cats in our homes versus community cats who live outdoors, and our critical work to enact cat declawing bans across the country. In the process, Becky gave viewers insight into how they can wield their voice and their action in defense of cats in their communities.

Plus, of course, Becky introduced Kevin to two adorable young kittens and the dedicated volunteers who care for them!
