Alley Cat Allies' foster cats are socialized cats and kittens taken out of feral colonies during Trap-Neuter-Return. We do not have a shelter — our adoptable cats and kittens live in our network of foster homes until they find their forever homes! All of the cats have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and are up-to-date on all vaccinations.
