Irina Dline was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. While living there, she worked for the American Bar Association and the U.S. Department of Justice on projects involving Russian legal and judicial reform. She moved to the United States in 1999, and currently works at the U.S. Department of the Treasury Executive Office for Asset Forfeiture on strategic planning and policy. Irina holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and Master in Mathematics from Moscow State University. Irina joined Alley Cat Allies Board in 2007. She currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Aaron, and their two cats, Junior and Paco, both of whom came into her life through Alley Cat Allies.
