Come Together for Cats at Alley Cat Allies’ Headquarters Helping Community Cats Workshops!
Your chance to find out how to help the cats in the DC metro area is coming up at Alley Cat Allies first-ever Bethesda headquarters Helping Community Cats workshops!
Over two hours, you’ll learn from Alley Cat Allies staff providing videos and demonstrations culled from our 20+ years of experience in Trap-Neuter-Return and feral cat colony care. We’ll teach you specific techniques like setting a trap or using humane deterrents to keep cats out of areas where they are not wanted, as well as broader topics like colony care, educating others, and talking with the community about cats.
Our workshops are also the perfect opportunity to connect and network with other people that care for and about cats in your city. As part of our Every Kitty – Every City program, these workshops strengthen organizing and support for humane cat care by putting advocates, caregivers, and concerned residents in touch with each other and with local resources to help cats. Check out your local program at www.alleycat.org/WashDC.
Come join us for our workshops and see who else is there!
