This spay/neuter clinic is for feral cats/colonies in DC, Northern Virginia, and the Maryland suburbs (any caregivers who can get to Alexandria with cats safely).

Please RSVP to mbmount@chase-alliance.org with the following information:

• Your first and last name, address, email, phone # and best time to reach you.
• Colony address and zip code
• How many cats are in the colony? Are there any kittens? If so, how old are they?
• What is the total number of cats you would like surgery reservations for?
• Are you the caregiver? If not, please provide the first and last name and address (including zip code) of the caregiver
• Are you trapping the cats? If not, please provide the first and last name and address (including zip code) of the trapper
• Will you be dropping the cats off at the clinic? If so, please provide your cell phone number. If not, please provide the name and cell phone number of the transporter
• Will you be picking up the cats after the clinic? If so, please provide your cell phone number. If not, please provide the name and cell phone number of the transporter
• Who will be holding the cats overnight after surgery?

If you need to borrow traps, please indicate so in your RSVP and note how many you will need and which day ahead of the clinic you will be available to pick up traps (Friday or Saturday).

Specific location details will be emailed to you as soon as your RSVP is received. Dropoff starts at 8:00am. Pickup starts at 3:00pm.

The cost per cat is $25 (includes spay or neuter - both males and females accepted; rabies and FVRCP vaccination; eartip)
